Republican Queensbury Supervisor Dan Stec is urging local GOP officials to leave Congresswoman Gillibrand alone...

From The Post-Star, March 9, 2007:
Area Republicans should give new U.S. Rep. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-Greenport, until the end of the year to show whether she will represent the interests of the 20th Congressional District, Queensbury Supervisor Dan Stec said Thursday. " 'Leave her alone for 2007' is my motto," Stec, a Republican, said in a telephone interview. To demonstrate his good faith, Stec said, he has accepted Gillibrand's invitation to serve on a volunteer panel that will advise the congresswoman on veterans' issues.
